Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to all services and projects provided by Advergenix including, but not limited to, software development, web design, digital solutions, SEO, and IT consultancy services. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within forty-five (45) days from the date of the initial payment. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered eligible.

2. Deduction on Refunds

Upon approval of a refund, thirty percent (30%) of the total project payment shall be deducted. This deduction covers administrative fees, resource allocation, project initiation, and other overhead costs incurred by Advergenix.

3. Refund Request Process

Clients seeking a refund must contact Advergenix’s support team and provide:

  1. The project details and agreement reference.

  2. The specific reason for requesting a refund.

Advergenix will review the request and provide a decision within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

4. Refund Issuance

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within forty-five (45) working days from the approval date.
  • Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method made by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:

  • Where the project is seventy-five percent (75%) or more complete or has reached the final delivery stage.

  • Where third-party services, subscriptions, or tools were purchased for the client’s project.

  • Where delays or issues arise from the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or timely feedback.

6. Dispute Resolution

Advergenix prioritizes resolving client concerns amicably. Clients are encouraged to raise issues early so corrective measures can be taken before a refund request becomes necessary.

7. Standard Practices

This refund policy aligns with international industry standards for IT and software service providers. Any additional refund terms mutually agreed upon in the signed contract or proposal shall prevail.

8. Modifications

Advergenix reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will always be available on our official website.

9. Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Project Initiation:

    • If a cancellation request is made before work has commenced, a full refund (minus any administrative costs) may be granted.

  2. After Project Initiation:

    • If the project has started but no milestone is reached, the client shall pay for the actual hours or resources spent until cancellation.

    • Any completed milestones will be non-refundable and must be fully paid.

  3. After Substantial Completion:

    • If the project has reached 75% completion or more, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.
