Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with the work, and we are open about how refunds are handled.

1. Scope
This policy applies to services purchased from Advergenix. The proposal or contract for your project may add specific terms, which prevail.
2. Milestone payments
Projects are normally paid in stages. Payments for completed and delivered stages are not refundable, because the work has been done.
3. Cancelling a project
If you cancel before work on a stage begins, we refund that stage’s payment less any costs we have already incurred. If you cancel during a stage, you pay for the work completed up to that point.
4. Quality issues
If delivered work does not meet the agreed scope, tell us in writing. We will correct it at no extra cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve it, we will agree a fair partial refund for the part not delivered.
5. Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, licences and advertising spend paid to third parties are not refundable by us.
