Engagement models

Work with us the way that suits you

Different projects need different arrangements. We offer three models and help you pick the one that fits your scope, budget and pace.

FixedTeamHourly
  • Fixed price for defined scope
  • Dedicated team for ongoing work
  • Hourly for flexible needs
  • Switch models as you grow

Which engagement model should I choose?

Choose fixed price when the scope is clear, a dedicated team when you have continuous development needs, and hourly or time-and-materials when scope will change as you learn.

How to pick the right model

Start from how clear the scope is

If you can describe what you want and what done looks like, fixed price gives certainty. If you know the direction but expect to learn and change, a dedicated team or hourly work gives flexibility. Many clients begin with a fixed-price first release and move to a team as the product grows.

Contracts and ownership

In every model the agreement states scope or rates, payment terms, confidentiality and intellectual property. Ownership of deliverables passes to you on payment. We keep our pre-existing tools and know-how, and you keep your data and accounts.

The three models in detail

How each works, who it suits and what to watch for.

Fixed price

  • Best for: clearly defined projects with stable requirements
  • How it works: scope and price agreed up front, paid in milestones
  • Watch for: changes outside scope are quoted separately
  • Typical uses: websites, brand identities, first versions of products

Dedicated team

  • Best for: ongoing product development and growing roadmaps

  • Typical uses: platforms, apps and long-running improvements

Hourly

  • Best for: uncertain scope, small tasks and support
  • How it works: pay for time used with regular reporting
