These terms apply to your use of this website. Project work is governed by a written proposal or contract agreed between you and Advergenix, which prevails over these terms.

2. Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without permission or use it to send unlawful content.

3. Services

Scope, timelines, fees and deliverables for each project are set out in the proposal. Estimates on this website are indicative only.

4. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to Advergenix. For project work, ownership of deliverables passes to you on full payment unless the proposal states otherwise. We may retain rights in our pre-existing tools and know-how.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your project information confidential and ask the same of you for our proposals.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
