Our own product

Chatdek, the AI receptionist we built

Most of our work is for clients. Chatdek is the one product we make, run and answer for ourselves: a chat assistant for business websites that answers from your own information, books appointments and brings a person in when one is needed.

What is Chatdek?

Chatdek is an AI receptionist for business websites, made by Advergenix. It answers visitors from the information you give it, books appointments, saves contact details, and passes the conversation to a person when that is better. You can try it free at chatdek.com.

What it takes care of

The jobs a front desk does all day, on your website.

Answers questions

Prices, opening hours, services, policies. It answers from what you have told it and says so when it does not know.

Books appointments

Visitors pick a time inside the chat, following your hours, so nobody has to ring back to arrange it.

Keeps the details

Names, emails and what the person asked for are saved next to the conversation, ready for your team.

Brings in a person

When someone wants a human, or the question is not one for a bot, your team takes over from the same chat.

Speaks several languages

Visitors can chat in their own language, and your team reads it in theirs.

Looks like your site

Your logo, your colours, your wording. You change all of it yourself.

You are already looking at it

The chat button on this page is Chatdek, running on our own website. Ask it what we build and you will see how it answers.

  • Same product our clients can have on their sites
  • Answers from our own pages, not from a script
  • A real person can join the conversation

What it does not do

Better to know before you try it.

Not part of Chatdek

  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking payments inside the chat
  • Giving legal, medical or financial advice

Where we can help instead

  • A custom AI assistant built around your process
  • Connecting a chat to your own systems
  • A new website or app that the chat sits on

Getting started

Three steps.

  1. 1

    Tell it about your business

Add your services, prices, hours and the questions people ask. Chatdek can also read your website to get you started.

  2. 2

Paste one line on your site

Copy the install snippet into your website. It has install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and plain HTML sites.

  3. 3

    Check what it says

Try it yourself, fix any answer you do not like, then let visitors in. Your team picks up anything that needs a person.

Why we made our own

We build websites and software for other companies, and the same request kept turning up: visitors ask the same few questions, and when nobody is there to answer, they leave. We built Chatdek to deal with that properly, then ran it on our own site first.

Chatdek has its own site, pricing and sign-up at chatdek.com. It is a separate product from our project work, made by the same team, and we support it ourselves.

Frequently asked questions

Who makes Chatdek?

Chatdek is made and run by Advergenix, the same team that builds websites, software and apps for clients.

Is Chatdek part of your project work?

No. It is a ready-made product with its own website, plans and sign-up at chatdek.com. If you need something custom, that is a normal Advergenix project.

How much does it cost?

Plans and prices are on chatdek.com, where they are kept up to date. There is a free trial.

Can you build a custom AI assistant instead?

Yes. Tell us what it should do and which systems it needs to connect to, and we will scope it like any other project.

Does it work on my kind of website?

It works on any website where you can add a line of code, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom-built sites.
