How we work

A clear process from first call to launch

Every project follows the same simple path, so you always know what is happening, what comes next and what it will cost.

What is your project process?

We discover your goals, plan scope and timeline, design and build in short cycles with your feedback, test thoroughly, launch with a plan and then support and improve the product.

Process

The five steps

Each stage ends with something you can review and approve.

01

Discover

We listen: goals, users, constraints and what success looks like. You receive a short summary to confirm we understood.

02

Plan

Scope, milestones, team and cost are agreed in writing, with the first release defined clearly.

03

Design and build

Work happens in short cycles. You see progress regularly and can change direction early.

04

Test and launch

Testing across devices and scenarios, then a staged launch with monitoring.

05

Support and grow

Fixes, updates and improvements based on real use, under a support plan that suits you.

In detail

What good project management looks like

Communication rhythm

Projects run on a predictable rhythm: a kickoff call, a short update at an agreed interval, a demo at the end of each cycle and a written summary after each meeting. Questions that block work are raised immediately rather than saved for the next meeting.

Scope and change

Scope is written down, including what is not included. When something new comes up, which it always does, we estimate its effect, agree it with you and adjust the plan. That keeps surprises off the invoice and gives you control.

Quality and handover

Nothing is released without testing. At the end we hand over source files, documentation, access details and a walkthrough, so you are never dependent on us to keep the product running unless you choose a support plan.

Questions, answered

Short answers to what people ask us most about how we work.

Ask us directly
How are changes handled?

Changes are discussed, estimated and agreed before work starts, so scope and cost stay under control.

Can I see work in progress?

Yes. You have access to demos and test versions throughout.

What tools do you use to manage projects?

We use a shared tracker and chat channel, and can work in yours if you prefer.

How often will I hear from you?

At the rhythm we agree at kickoff, with a written summary after every meeting.

What if I am unhappy with something?

Tell us early. We review the work against the agreed scope and put it right, as set out in our terms.

Ready when you are. Tell us about your project and get a scope and cost range.
